If q9999 identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (by device, IP address, payment method, name or other identifying means), all accounts may be closed and any outstanding Balances or Bonus Funds forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. q9999 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep login information secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact support immediately and change your password.
q9999 reserves the right to require identity verification at any stage of the account lifecycle — including but not limited to upon registration, before processing a withdrawal, when a significant deposit is made, or at any point where q9999 has reasonable grounds to verify identity, age, source of funds or compliance with these Terms.
You must never alter, obscure, falsify or manipulate any document submitted for KYC purposes. Submitting fraudulent documents is a serious criminal offence and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities. Always submit documents exclusively through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal — never through WhatsApp, email, social media or any unsecured channel.
Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. q9999 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals pending satisfactory KYC completion without this constituting a breach of these Terms on q9999's part.

The Platform and all its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. In the event of a conflict between general terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game or market.
Live and in-play markets for events such as Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC bouts and esports competitions are subject to suspension during key moments of the event. Bets accepted before a suspension will be honoured subject to settlement rules. Bets placed after the outcome has been determined — whether due to latency, connection issues or any other reason — may be voided at q9999's discretion.
q9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a manifest error in odds, a technical fault, fraudulent activity or circumstances beyond q9999's reasonable control. Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to the player's Account Balance.
Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market and per period (daily/weekly/monthly), as specified in the Platform's cashier and sportsbook settings. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum will be capped at the stated limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback credits and other promotional offers (collectively "Promotions") are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. Where no specific terms are published, these general bonus terms apply. Promotional offers are intended for genuine recreational players — systematic exploitation of bonuses for guaranteed profit (commonly known as "bonus abuse" or "matched betting") is prohibited.
Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met. Failure to complete Wagering Requirements within the stated period will result in expiry of Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
q9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any Promotion at any time without prior notice, save that players who have already commenced satisfaction of a Wagering Requirement will be permitted to complete it under the original terms unless evidence of abuse is identified.
Deposits must be made using payment methods available in the Platform's Cashier at the time of the transaction. q9999's total aggregate liability to you arising from or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you during the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit q9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting q9999 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via a verified payment method, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any active bonus wagering obligation or pending dispute.

In cases of termination for breach, q9999 may forfeit any Bonus Funds and, where fraud or criminal activity is established, may also forfeit Balance funds pending investigation and/or reporting.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits the applicability of mandatory consumer-protection or other statutory provisions that may apply in your jurisdiction of residence.
